I am thrilled to serve as a therapist with Oregon Healing Collective. It’s an honor to be part of my client’s healing journey, self-discovery, and skill acquisition.
My approach is described as warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I firmly believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My work is client-led and strengths-based. I strive to build a solid therapeutic relationship, and I welcome feedback throughout our time together.
I am bilingual, and I’m happy to work with individuals, couples, and families in either English or Spanish.
I have a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, as well as advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Intervention Training, Group Counseling, Relational Sex Therapy, and Suicide Risk Assessment, Intervention, and Safety Planning.
